大葱、洋葱远缘杂交后代植物学性状、品质研究

摘  要:本试验利用大葱、洋葱雄性不育系与不同皮色洋葱、大葱进行正反杂交,获得远缘杂交后代,分析比较了其植物学性状和品质。结果表明:大葱、洋葱和远缘杂交种间的植物学特征存在显著差异,远缘杂交种在植株形态上介于大葱和洋葱之间,分为似大葱型和似洋葱型两类,其中,母本的品种类型对分类起决定作用。本试验对不同组合的大葱、洋葱远缘杂交种及其亲本不同生长期内假茎中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、抗坏血酸和游离氨基酸的含量及变化规律进行了初步探索,结果显示:远缘杂交种与亲本之间在营养物质含量上存在明显差异,变化规律不完全一致,不同远缘杂交组合之间在营养物质含量和变化规律上也略有不同。This experiment using male sterility welsh onion and different color onions for reciprocal cross hybrid,obtain interspecific hybridization,analyses the characteristics of botany and nutritional quality.The results indicatde:there were significant differences in botany characteristics between welshonion,onion and interspecific hybridization.In the morphological characters on the hybrids between welsh onion and onion.Divided into two categories,partial similer to welsh onion and partial similer to onion.The type of varieties were classified decisive by femaleparent types.The experiment explored in different combination of interspecific hybridization and its parent in different growth period of cauloid soluble sugar,soluble protein,ascorbic acid and free amino acid content and the change rule.Results:there existed significant differences in the nutrients content between hybridization and their parents the change trends were not same.Between the different combinations of interspecific hybridization,the nutrients content and variation also can reach up to signifcant level.
