摘  要:采用田间小区试验,选取了胺鲜酯、吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸、乙烯利四种植物生长调节剂单用及其配合使用,研究了其对高产玉米的调控作用。试验结果表明:胺鲜酯7~8叶期喷施有效成分4.5 g.hm-2以及与吲哚丁酸和萘乙酸(质量比1:1,用量为4.5 g.hm-2,于4~5叶期叶面喷施)混用处理,均显著增加了茎秆粗度,起到一定的抗倒伏作用,并且显著提高了玉米植株的根系活力、穗位叶叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶和谷氨酰胺合成酶的活性,增产作用显著,优于其它处理;吲哚丁酸和萘乙酸于4~5叶期叶面喷施,提高了植株大口期、吐丝期的根系活力,分别比对照增加16.5%和6.7%,在植株灌浆期和腊熟期则低于对照;乙烯利处理降低了植株的株高和穗位高,增加了茎秆粗度,起到了抗倒伏作用,但籽粒产量低于对照处理。Effects of DA-6,indolebutyric acid,naphthylacetic acid and ethylene on physiological functions and yield were studied with a plot experiment in the high yield maize.The results showed that DA-6,used alone at the dosage of 4.5 gram active ingredient per hectare at the 7~8 leaf stage of maize,or it combined with the indolebutyric acid and the naphthylacetic acid(its mass ratio is 1:1),sprayed at the dosage of 4.5 gram active ingredient per hectare at the 4~5 leaf stage of maize,both significantly promoted the stem diameter,the root activities,chlorophyll contents,nitrate reductase activities and glutamine synthetase activities in maize functional leaves,which were better than others and had the highest yield.The root activities were increased by 16.5% and 6.7% compared with that in CK(the control treatment) at large bell period and flowering period by foliage spray of the indolebutyric acid and the naphthylacetic acid at the 4~5 leaf stage,and it became lower than that in CK at filling stage and wax ripeness stage.Ethylene reduced plant height,ear height and increased the stem diameter.Therefore,the capability to resist lodge of maize straw was enhanced to a certain extent.However,its production was less than CK.
