济宁青山羊皮肤毛囊的组织学特性研究

摘　　要：以组织学技术与显微观测方法,对比研究了济宁青山羊小猾皮、大猾皮和成年羊皮肤毛囊的组织学特性。研究结果表明:济宁青山羊的毛囊是成群分布的,真皮毛囊层与网状层之间的界限不明显,毛囊的密度较小,组织间隙较大;毛囊与表皮呈45度倾斜。小猾皮的花纹美丽,图案清晰,其次级毛囊尚未发育完好,毛囊密度和毛囊直径都较小,使小猾皮平滑细腻,每个毛囊群仅由2-3个初级毛囊和1-2个次级毛囊组成;大猾皮和成年羊的毛囊群由1-5个初级毛囊和若干个次级毛囊组成,其中3毛囊群最多,占81.32%。大猾皮的毛囊群直径均极显著地大于小猾皮(P<0.01),发达的毛囊群使大猾皮表面粗糙。1岁龄成年羊一个毛囊群中次级毛囊与初级毛囊的比例(S/P)为5.68。皮肤毛囊的这些组织学结构特性决定了青山羊猾子皮和成年羊的毛皮品质。The histology methods and micro-observation approach were used to comparative study the characteristics of skin and hair follicle structure of Jining Gray goats within 3-days-old,1-month-old,and one-year-old in this paper.The results indicated that the hair follicle was distributed with grouping,and the circumscription between follicle layer and reticular layer is vague.The density of hair follicle was smaller and the tissue space was fairly wide.The hair follicle was slope with 45 to the epidermal layers.With clearly and smooth beautiful texture the kid-skins hair folliculus group was made up from 2-3 primary follicle and 1-2 secondary follicle;while the lambs-skins hair folliculus group was made up from 1-5 primary follicle and several secondary follicle,and the number of follicles in 81.32 percent of follicle groups was three.The lamb-skins diameter of hair follicle group was extremely bigger than that of the kid-skins within 3-days-old（P0.01）.That is the reasons of why it was crude of the lamb-skins.The S/P ratio of one-year-old skins is 5.68.These histological traits determined the quality character of Jining Gray Goat fur.
