摘 要:为论证引进的侧流式减载深抽泵的减载能力和深抽可行性,在分析侧流式减载深抽泵的工作原理及受力状况的基础上,建立了侧流式减载深抽泵在油井深抽条件下的悬点载荷计算模型,通过与普通管式泵的载荷计算模型对比发现侧流式减载深抽泵在上、下冲程中均能起到减载作用。通过深抽井X839的实例计算验证了侧流式减载深抽泵的减载作用,计算表明侧流式减载深抽泵比普通管式泵减小最大、最小载荷1t左右。为侧流式减载深抽泵在油田深抽井的推广应用提供了技术参考。To demonstrate the load reducing ability and feasibility of deep pumping of the lateral-flow deep pump,on the basis of analyzing the working principle and stress state of this kind of pump,a polished load calculating model is established for deep pumping of oil wells.By comparing it with that of the commonly-used tube pump,it is found that the new deep pump could reduce the load when running up and down.Through the calculation of the X839 well,the load reduction effect of the new deep pump is proved.The calculation shows that the new deep pump could reduce the maximum and minimum loads by one ton or so as compared to the commonly-used one.This could be valuable reference to the wide application of later-flow pumps to deep pumping wells in oilfields.
