摘  要:根据双通路偏心分注技术试验情况,并针对投捞工作量较大问题,开展了免投捞双通路偏心分注技术研究。研制的小弹簧倒置液压制动连通机构,室内及现场试验动作成功率100%;通过改进配水器堵塞器、扶正体、导流槽,提高了在水质差油田的适应能力,降低了砂埋、砂卡堵塞器的几率。现场试验7井次,成功率100%,减少投捞42井次,进一步验证了设计机构的合理性和可靠性。免投捞双通路分注技术对推进分注技术进步及提高注水管理水平具有重要意义。According to the test of two-path eccentric separate flooding technology,in view of the problem of heavy workload of casing and fishing,study is conducted on the technology of two-path eccentric separate flooding free from casing and fishing.The creatively developed hydraulic brake connector facility with the small spring inverted has been tested in lab and on the site and the success rate reaches 100%.The packer for water regulator,the centralizer,and the diversion trench are updated and could more adapt to the oilfields with inferior water quality.They also decrease the probability of sand burial and sand plugging of packers.They have been tested in seven wells,with the success rate being 100%and 42 wells are free from casing and fishing.It is further demonstrated that the facility is reasonable and reliable.The successfully developed two-path separate flooding technology free from casing and fishing is significant to promote the development of separate flooding technology and enhance water flooding administration.
