90后新生学风建设新思考

摘　　要：90后渐渐成为大学里的主角,而新生又是大学的特殊群体,在新生中建设学风,要找准症结所在,对症下药,才会取得事半功倍的效果。本文针对90后新生的特点,提出以点带面、教育新格局,加强教改、教风建设来促进学风建设的观点。The 90＇s gradually became the protagonist of the university,while they were a special group in the university.To the construction of study atmosphere in the freshman,the crux of the problem should be identified so as to achieve a multiplying effect.The new ideas to promote the study atmosphere were proposed.Based on the characteristics of 90＇s,fanning out from point to area,new pattern of education,strengthening education reform and education atmosphere were proposed to the study atmosphere construction.
