摘 要:针对煤矸石大量堆存引起严重的生态环境问题的现状,在仿地成岩凝石思想指导下,以实现煤矸石的大宗高效利用为目的,开展了煤矸石凝石似膏体充填材料的制备及其性能研究。在研究煤矸石物相组成及热力学特性的基础上,研究了煤矸石凝石似膏体充填材料的物理性能和力学性能,并对比研究了水泥混凝土和以煤矸石凝石似膏体充填材料为胶凝材料的混凝土的耐久性能,结果表明,煤矸石凝石似膏体充填材料具有较好的力学性能和耐久性能,可以作为胶凝材料用于矿区似膏体充填。In order to make vast and efficient use of coal gangue to resolve the serious environmental and ecological problems caused by the extensive stockpiling of coal gangue,investigated the preparation and performances of coal gangue-based sialite paste-like backfill material guided by the theory of simulation of natural rock formation.On the basis of studying the phase composition and thermodynamic properties of coal gangue,explored the physical performance and mechanical performances of coal gangue-based sialite paste-like backfill material,and compared the durability performance of concrete using it as cementitious material with ordinary Portland cement concrete.The result suggests that coal gangue-based sialite backfill material exhibits superior mechanical and durability performances which make it suitable for mine paste-like backfill.
