摘　　要：南通港洋口港区人工岛距最近的陆域海岸线13 km。为保证人工岛的安全,人工岛设计过程中,综合考虑了潮流、波浪、泥沙、地质条件等多方面因素的共同影响,并做了大量的试验研究。本文从防冲、抗震、抛石堤倒滤层施工等方面阐述人工岛设计中的关键问题。The man-made island in Yangkou Harbor Area of Nantong Port is 13 km away from the closest coastline. In order to guarantee the safety of the island ,the common influences of many aspects such as tidal eurrent,wave,bedload and geological condition should be considered in the design, and a large amount of experiment and study have been made. The key problems in the design of man-made island are expounded from aspects of scour prevention and earthquake-proof as well as the construct the filter bed of jackstone dike.
