摘　　要：目的建立RP-HPLC法同时测定白英中芦丁和蒙花苷的含量,为白英药材的质量控制提供依据。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-四氢呋喃-水-磷酸（体积比19∶3∶74∶0.4）,检测波长为350 nm。结果芦丁和蒙花苷质量浓度分别在0.55-8.80 mg.L-1和0.20-3.20 mg.L^-1内线性关系良好。白英药材中芦丁和蒙花苷的平均回收率分别为98.7%和101.0%,RSD分别为2.9%和1.9%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于中药白英的质量控制。Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of rutin and linarin in Solanum lyratum Thunb.Methods A Diamonsil-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-water-phosphoric acid（V∶V∶V∶V=19∶3∶74∶0.4）.The detection wavelength was set at 350 nm.Results The linear ranges of rutin and linarin were 0.55-8.80 mg·L-1 and 0.20-3.20 mg·L-1,respectively.The average recoveries were 98.7%（RSD=2.9%）and 101.0%（RSD=1.9%）for rutin and linarin.Conclusions The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Solanum lyratum Thunb.
