循环经济理念与三江源生态产业发展

摘　　要：青海三江源区位于我国西部、青藏高原腹地,是长江、黄河、澜沧江的发源地,素有"中华水塔"之称。源区的生态环境变化直接关系到长江、黄河和澜沧江中下游乃至全国的生态安全。因此,必须树立循环经济理念,选择发展生态产业,促进生态系统与经济系统的良性循环,真正实现地区经济的可持续发展。Three Rivers District is located in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,the birthplace of the Yangze River,Yellow River and the Lancang River,known as ＂Chinese water tower＂.Changes of ecological environment is directly related to the Yangtze River,the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,Yellow River and Lancang River and the country’s ecological security.Thus,we should establish the concept of circular economy,select the development of eco-industry,promote of eco-system and a virtuous circle of economic systems in order to really achieve the sustainable development of the regional economy.
