摘　　要：在利益观的视阈下,体校是在建国初期国家的需求和特定群体满足中产生与发展中起到过举足轻重的作用,社会转型期又在利益分化中滋生困境,并断裂了体校社会关系使体校生源链条脱节,体校培养体制的破裂,造成了供需平衡关系的失调。分析体校这一利益主体,确立利益整合机制的内容构成,明确建立运动员利益的保障机制和利益分配的平衡机制,建立运动员利益受损救助机制,构建管理部门直管模式,建立完善监督机制,使体校在利益分化中产生差距,又在分化中产生平衡,最后呈现动态的发展。体校的嬗变就是利益分化与利益平衡发展的过程。In view of interest outlook,sports schools were first opened according to the needs of China from its founding and they have played important roles ever since.However,difficulties have emerged during the turn of the social transformation.The interest division has challenged the harmony of the sports schools and destroyed the equality inside and outside the schools,and it becomes difficult for the sports schools to enroll students.Funds are in short.Academic learning and sports training are not balanced.The students are exposed to few job vacancies.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the interest integration system,the athlete＇s interest security system and distribution system,as well as the athlete relief system.Moreover,it is important to establish perfect supervision and direct management system so that the sports schools can be well developed.
