摘　　要：美国各州运动员经纪人立法缺乏协调性,为统一各州的运动员经纪人立法,加强对运动员经纪人的监管,美国统一州法全国委员会于2000年通过了《美国统一运动员经纪人法》。详细地介绍了该法的定义条款、监管机构、运动员经纪人注册、体育经纪合同、体育经纪行为、法律责任等内容,分析了该法具有统一州法、维护学生运动员和教育机构权利、方便运动员经纪人等优点。In the U.S.,the state legislation on athlete agents lacks consistency.In order to unify the state legislation on athlete agents,and strengthen the supervision of the athlete agent,the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws passed the Uniform Athlete Agents Act（UAAA） in 2000.This paper introduces the main contents of the UAAA,including the definitions,supervision,registration as athlete agents,sport agent contracts,legal responsibilities,etc..This paper also analyses the advantages of the UAAA,including uniformity of state law,protection for student athletes and education institutions,and convenience for athlete agents,etc.
