摘　　要：根据某商业办公大楼集中空调的运行状况及存在问题,分析相关问题症结,提出相应的改造措施,并对系统改造后的运行效果进行了总结。According to the operating status and problems of the central air conditioning system in a commercial office building, the crux of the problem was analysed. Then the transforming measures were put forward. And the operation effect after the transformation was summarized at last.
