摘　　要：利用电价优惠政策,上海铁路南站南广场采用了冰蓄冷空调系统。文章介绍了系统的流程设计、设备选型、控制方式和管理运行策略。该冰蓄冷空调系统同时采用了冷水大温差设计,具有显著的经济效益。For the incentives policy of electric price, the ice storage air conditioning system was adopted in the South Square of Shanghai South Railway Station. The system＇s process design,equipment selection,control,management and operation strategy were introduced. Meanwhile, the cold water system was designed with large temperature difference. And it has significant economic benefits.
