老年急性冠状动脉综合征患者血小板活化指标及参数变化的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血小板活化指标及血小板四项参数在老年急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者中变化的临床意义。方法分别测定不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP)64例、急性心肌梗死组(AMI)18例、正常对照组(NC)32例的血小板活化指标CD62P、CD63及血小板四项参数,并进行比较。结果 AMI及UAP组血小板计数(PLT)均低于NC组(P<0.05),以AMI组减少更为显著;AMI及UAP组CD62P、CD63、血小板压积(PCT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)和血小板的分布宽度(PDW)均高于NC组(P<0.05),以AMI组增高更为显著。结论 ACS的发生发展与血小板代谢活跃有关,并与病变严重程度正相关。Objective To analyze the variation and significance of platelet activation and platelet parameters in old patients with acute coronary sydrome（ACS）.Methods The CD62P、CD63、Platelet Count（PLT）、Platelet Cubic Measure（PCT）、Mean Platelet Volume（MPV）and Platelet Distribution Width（PDW）were detected in 64 cases of unstable angina（UAP）group、18 cases of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）group and 32 healthy people as control.Results The PLT were decreased significantly in UAP group and AMI group than in health contrast group（P0.05）.The CD62P、CD63、PcT、MPV、PDW were higher significantly in UAP group and AMI group than in health contrast group（P0.05）.Conclusion The occurrence and development progression of ACS can be interrelated with the platelet activation,and the platelet activate was positively related to the severity of coronary artery disease.
