摘 要:研究了新型吸附材料交联羧甲基葡甘聚糖凝胶对Cr3+的吸附特性,分别考察了时间、pH、温度、Cr3+的浓度对交联羧甲基葡甘聚糖凝胶吸附Cr3+的影响,并利用红外光谱表征了交联羧甲基葡甘聚糖凝胶-Cr3+的结构.结果表明:交联羧甲基葡甘聚糖对Cr3+的吸附在10h基本达到平衡;pH和温度对交联羧甲基葡甘聚糖凝胶吸附Cr3+有明显的影响;Cr3+的吸附量在pH6.00达最大值;在25~45℃范围内,随温度的升高,Cr3+的吸附量逐渐升高而趋于饱和;45℃下,在HAc-NaAc介质中,当Cr3+的质量浓度为240mg/L,pH6.0时,吸附容量达到97.5mg/g.In the issue,the adsorption characteristics of new absorbent material corsslinked carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan gel to Cr3+ were studied. Meanwhile,the characteristics of adsorption capability under different times,pH values,temperatures as well as the concentration of Cr3+ were investigated and the structure of conrsslinked curboxymethyl konjac glucomannan to Cr3+ was demonstrated by IR. The results showed:the adsorption of conrsslinked curboxymethyl konjac glucomannan to Cr3+ tend to be balance after 10 hours; pH value and temperature obviously influence the adsorption characteristics of conrsslinked curboxymethyl konjac glucomannan to Cr3+; the adsorption to Cr3+ rises to the top in the pH 6.00 and tends to be steady along with the increase of temperature. In the medium of HAc-NaAc,the adsorption capacity is as high as 97.5mg/g at the temperature of 318 K and pH 6.0 when the concentration of Cr3+ is 240mg/L.
