摘 要:阐述了混流涡轮的结构及其与径流涡轮区别,介绍了混流涡轮的优点.从试验角度分析了混流涡轮的性能,指出混流涡轮在高转速、低速比下优越的效率特性和流量特性,并对混流涡轮在脉冲进气条件下的非稳态试验结果进行了总结,利用容积效应分析了特性圈形成的原因;论述了当前混流涡轮CFD的研究结果;分析了可变几何混流涡轮的技术路线,指出可变几何混流涡轮增压器(VG-MT)应成为目前增压器的研究方向.The difference of structure between radial and mixed flow turbine were described, and the advantage of mixed-flow turbine was introduced. The performance of mixed-flow turbine was analyzed based on the experimental study, pointing out that the advantage of efficiency performance and swallowing capacity at high speed and low velocity ratio. The results of unsteady experimental study at pulsating flow condition were summarized, the reasons for the formation of loop by volume effect were analyzed, and the current result of CFD was discussed. The technique routines of the variable geometry mixed flow turbine for turbochargers were analyzed. The study task indicates that the variable geometry mixed-flow turbocharger (VG-MT) should be a research direction at present.
