提高韶关自主创新能力的对策分析

摘　　要：近年来,韶关以企业为主体的产业技术自主创新虽然卓有成效,但创新供给能力不足依然是制约韶关市经济社会发展的主要瓶颈。从当前实际来看,要提高自主创新能力、促进经济社会的良性发展,必须通过完善管理体制、建立长效发展机制、加快产业转型升级、完善"多元化的投入机制"、构建完备的社会化服务体系等对策来实现。In recent years,the industrial technology innovation with the enterprises as the main body in Shaoguan is fruitful,but the main bottleneck of restricting the development of economy and society is still insufficient supply of innovation ability.From the current practice,if we want to improve the ability of independent innovation and want to promote economic development,we had to act through the effect management system,and to establish long-effect mechanism,to seed up the industrial grade,to perfect＇The investment diversification mechanism and construct,to complete socialization service system etc.
