摘　　要：本文针对建设工程中的业主支付担保问题,在现状调查的基础上,对其在推广中存在的主要问题与困难进行了深入分析,提出了相应的建议,以期为该制度的顺利实施提供帮助。This paper takes the client＇s payment guarantee as the research objective.Based on the investigation of current condition,this paper analyzes the main problems in promoting this approach and provides some suggestions accordingly.The results could be used as reference for related government departments and experts.
