摘 要:针对船用燃油辅锅炉,通过机理建模的方法,得到汽包水位和压力在具体扰动下的数学模型。运用Matlab在不同的工况下仿真,证实模型可信度。根据仿真分析的结果,通过MCGS和VB设计制作燃油辅锅炉主要功能仿真模块,实现船用燃油辅锅炉及相关设备的模拟。本仿真模拟器系统既可对船舶技术人员进行综合训练,也可作为单独的锅炉仿真培训系统,或作为锅炉课程教学的辅助教学用具。The mathematic model of boiler drum water system and steam pressure controlled system was established in accordance with the principle of marine boiler. The response was compared with that obtained through simulation realized by the use of Matlab on different conditions. The result proved that simulation models were in accordance with the actual process. Based on the simulation result, the function of the marine fuel boiler simulation system was given and its software was designed by means of MCGS and VB. Then the simulation of marine boiler and equipments involved can be accomplished. The simulator can be used in the marine engineering teaching and give user comprehensive training.
