黄河下游水量变迁对农业生产力的影响

摘  要:1990~1995年黄河下游地区引黄灌溉面积已达222.3万hm^2,引黄水量达107.8亿m^3。引黄灌区粮棉统算年增产粮食可达65亿kg,年增效益可选45.5亿元。90年代,黄河每断流一天,工农业经济损失可达4408亿元。2010年黄河下游地区引黄灌溉水量可以增加78.7亿m^3。The irrigated area and the water supply quantity diverted from the Huanghe River might be 222.3 × 104hm2 and 107.8 × 108m3 respectively in the lower reaches of the Huanghe River in (Turn to page 69) (Above - linked Page 10) 1990- 1995. The annual amount of yield - increasing for grain is 65 × 108kg calculated by converting cotton yield into grain one and the annual benefit of yield - increasing is 45 .5 × 10 RMB yuan in the irrigation regions of the reaches. The economic losses of industry and agriculture is 4408 × 104 RMB yuan per day due to cutting off the water supply from the upper reaches of Huanghe river in 1990's. The water quantity wi!l be increased by 78.7 × 10 m for diverting water from the Huanghe River in 2010.
