摘　　要：针对某建筑企业实施ERP项目所遇到的问题、困难及其解决方案进行了分析,结合目前我国建筑行业的信息化水平及ERP实施现状,对信息化建设规化、流程重组、ERP软件选型等方面给出了相关的看法和建议,为建筑企业实施ERP项目提供有益的借鉴.This paper discussed some problem and difficulty that we had met in the ERP project of a construction enterprise,and researched informationization and ERP system application of national construction industry.Finally,we had given some suggestion to implementing ERP project in construction enterprises.
