摘　　要：采用乳液接枝—本体SAN掺混工艺生产ABS树脂。文中研究了影响ABS树脂的拉伸强度的诸多因素。结果表明,乳液接枝主干胶乳、接枝聚合共聚物的粒径大小、链转移剂(TDDM)用量、接枝率、胶含量以及不同拉伸强度SAN的选择等因素对ABS树脂的拉伸强度均有不同程度的影响。The emulsion grafting—bulk SAN compounding process is used for production of ABS resin.Several factors influencing the tensile strength of ABS resin are examined in this paper.The result shows,the emulsion grafting latex,graft polymerization copolymer particle size,chain-transferring agent(TDDM) dosage,grafting ratio,rubber content and the selection of SAN of different tensile strength have different influence on the tensile strength of ABS resin.
