摘  要:以亚磷酸三甲酯、三聚氯氰为原料合成一种无卤膨胀型阻燃剂2,4,6-三(O,O-二甲基磷酰基)-1,3,5-三嗪.探讨反应时间,反应温度以及反应物质的量比等对产品收率的影响,筛选出最适宜的工艺条件为三聚氯氰与亚磷酸三甲酯的物质的量比为1∶3.2,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为7 h.产品产率为81.5%.并采用FTIR,1H NMR等技术确定化合物2,4,6-三(O,O-二甲基磷酰基)-1,3,5-三嗪的分子结构.A halogen-free intumescent flame retardant 2,4,6-tri(O,O-dimethyphosphoryl)-1,3,5-triazine was synthesized by using trimethyl phosphate and cyanuric chloride as raw materials.The effect of reaction time,temperature and amount ratio of substance on product yield was discussed.The optimal conditions for preparation of 2,4,6-tri(O,O-dimethyphosphoryl)-1,3,5-triazine were selected as follows: n(cyanuric chloride)∶n(trimethy phospite) was 1∶3.2;reaction time was 7 h at 70 ℃ and the percentage of product yield of 2,4,6-tri(O,O-dimethyphosphoryl)-1,3,5-triazine could reach 81.5%.The molecular structures of 2,4,6-tri(O,O-dimethyphosphoryl)-1,3,5-triazine was determined by means of FTIR and ^1H NMR technique.
