摘 要:目的调查护士长心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表对35名护士长及197名普通护士进行心理测试,并对结果进行统计分析。结果护士长症状自评量表各因子平均分与中国常模比较差异无统计学意义;与普通护士比较,躯体化、强迫状态、人际关系因子分差异有统计学意义;任职≤5年护士长的人际关系因子分明显高于任职>5年护士长,差异有统计学意义。结论35名护士长总体心理健康水平处于良好状态,但低于普通护士。医院领导要重视护士长的心理健康维护。Objective To investigate mental health condition of head nurses.Method Take psychological test on 35 head nurses and 197 nurse staff in hospital by symptom checklist 90 and take statistical analysis of results.Result There is no significant difference between average factor scores in SCL-90 and Chinese norm for head nurses.Compared to nurses staff,there is significant difference on somatization,obsessive state and interpersonal relationship factor scores for head nurses.Interpersonal factor score of head nurses with tenure less than 5 years is obviously higher than the score of head nurses with tenure more than 5 years.The difference is significant.Conclusion Overall mental health for 35 head nurses is in good condition,but is lower than nurses staff.Administrators of hospital should pay attention to mental health maintenance for head nurses.
