高校篮球教学中伤害事故处理和防范的法律思考

摘　　要：多年来高校篮球教学伤害事故以及所引发的纠纷屡有发生,而我国目前法学理论研究的相对滞后和司法实践的混乱,给高校篮球教学伤害事故的妥善处理和有效防范带来了困惑和障碍。文章从法律的视角对高校篮球教学伤害事故进行分类,依次提出法律处理办法,并从法治的角度对高校篮球教学伤害事故的有效防范进行了探讨,具有一定的理论和现实意义。Since many years,the injury accident of the university basketball teaching occurs sometimes.In fact,the accident＇s processing and the effective guard properly have been puzzled and barrier because of our country＇s present legal science fundamental research＇s relative lag and the judicial practice＇s confusion.This article carries on the classification of the university basketball teaching injury accident from the legal angle of view and proposed the law means of it.It also carried on the discussion of the accident＇s effective guard from the law angle.,it also has certain theory and practical significance.
