摘　　要：本文依据中国古老的五行思想对心理咨询的各种晤谈技术进行梳理,将心理咨询技术要素分为望、闻、问、辨、导,认为望为火,闻为水,问为金,辨为土,导为木。各要素之间存在着固定的相生相克关系,具体为:导(木),闻(水)生之,问(金)克之;望(火),导(木)生之,闻(水)克之;辨(土),望(火)生之,导(木)克之;问(金),辨(土)生之,望(火)克之;闻(水),问(金)生之,辨(土)克之。这样,所有的技术就组成一个有机的动态系统,相互联系,相互影响,共同建构一个和谐的咨询过程。Chinese ancient great-five-elements philosophy is introduced to counseling skills research.Skills are classified into looking,listening,asking,reflection and guidance and correspond with fire,water,gold,earth and wood.Fixed relationships exist：guidance（wood）is facilitated by listening（water）and restrained or corrected by asking（gold）;looking（fire）is facilitated by guidance（wood）and restrained or corrected by listening（water）;reflection（earth）is facilitated by looking（fire）and restrained or corrected by guidance（wood）;asking（gold）is facilitated by reflection（earth）and restrained or corrected by looking（fire）;listening（water）was facilitated by asking（gold）and restrained or corrected by reflection（earth）.All skills form a dynamic system.
