摘　　要：介绍板坯连铸机结晶器监控系统(漏钢预报系统)的工艺特点、基本结构和工作原理,通过精确的检测手段,来实现实际生产中的漏钢预报功能,对目前造成系统误报的因素进行分析,提出优化方案,取得好的生产效果。This paper introduced the characteristics and structure and principle of the Mould Monitoring System（Breakout Prediction System） in casting slab.By precise detection measure in the actual production to realized the function of the mould breakout prediction.According to analysis the factors which affect accuracy,put forward the optimization method,achieved the satisfied results.
