摘　　要：近几年来,已经有多起船舶污染案件,船员被遭受污染的沿岸国提起刑事诉讼,并且被追究了刑事责任。国际上各有关利益方也正在为船舶污染所涉及的刑事方面的问题争论不休,而这些问题,在中国也同样存在。文中基于中国现行法律的有关规定,对于中国法下船舶污染刑事责任的有关问题进行了分析。During recent years, there were many cases that the seafarers of the ships which were involved in serious pollution damage were accused by port states or coastal states of violating their domestic criminal law and consequently were imposed criminal penalty. The relevant interested parties in the world are now debating drastically on the issues with regard to the criminal liabilities concerning marine pollution. This is also an issue confronted with by China. Based upon the relevant laws and regulations effective in China, this article probes into and makes comments on those issues under the Chinese law.
