摘　　要：文中介绍了沿海航行船舶违规排放油类物质的现状及存在的问题,提出了实现沿海航行船舶防污电子设备铅封的可行性。This article describes the status of the illegal discharge of oil from the ships engaged in domestic coastal voyages.Then, it discusses the feasibility to prevent such pollution by using the electronic seal against the pollution prevention equipment of those ships.
