摘 要:井下油水分离技术是一项具有良好的经济效益和环保效果的技术。介绍井下油水分离系统的构成和工作流程。针对目前处于试验阶段的井下油水分离系统电泵机组难于同时实现举升和注入的匹配问题,按注水层吸水性能的不同,分别采用对应的匹配方法,并给出用溢流或底流节流嘴来实现匹配的具体步骤,通过地面监测数据进行井下调整。结果表明,井下油水分离系统电泵机组的匹配问题具有较好的技术支持,可促进井下油水分离技术的推广应用。Downhole oil-water separation technique has both good economical and environmental benefits.The system structure and working process were introduced.At present,the downhole oil-water separation system is still on the experimental stage.The downhole oil-water separation system is difficult to realize lifting and injecting.According to the difference of the water receptivity,the matching method was studied using the choke installed after the overflow port and underflow port of hydrocyclone.The downhole parameters can be adjusted through the ground survey data.The results show that the study provides good technical assistance to the matching of electric pump unit in the downhole oil-water separation system,and promotes the popularization and application of the downhole oil-water separation technique.
