摘 要:为了提高机采稠油井产出液的温度,降低井筒热量损失,提出采用空心杆内加隔热管的密闭热流体循环降黏工艺,该工艺充分利用循环热水携带的热量以及油套环空的隔热性能,使产出液在井筒中维持较高的温度,起到'保温'效果。基于这一井筒降黏原理,建立该降黏工艺井筒中各流体流动和换热的数学模型,并进行求解,同时分析产液量、隔热管隔热性能、原油黏度、循环热水量等因素对降黏效果的影响。结果表明,循环降黏工艺能有效维持产出液温度,井筒降黏效果好,且运行成本低,循环热水用量少,节能降耗优势明显。In order to enhance the produced fluid temperature and decrease the heat loss in crude oil well,the viscosity reduction technology by closed hot water circulation in hollow sucker rod was proposed,which makes full use of the heat carrying by circulating hot water and the insulation effect of annular space.As a result,produced fluid in the wellbore maintains a higher temperature,and the insulation effect was shown.The flow and heat exchange mathematical models of the fluid flowing along the wellbore were established on the basis of the viscosity reduction theory.The flow and heat exchange rules were solved,and the influences of mass production,insulation performance of insulation tube,oil viscosity,circular hot water flow and other factors on viscosity reduction effects were analyzed.The results show that the circulation process can effectively maintain the produced fluid temperature,which is propitious to reduce viscosity in wellbore effectively.It is characterized by low cost,less circular hot water,saving energy and reducing consumption.
