摘　　要：用正交实验方法求证最佳离子渗氮的工艺方案,具备代表性强,数据处理方便,试验求证次数少,过程时间短的特点。优选出的工艺参数应用生产实践,具有良好的指导意义和显著的经济效果。The plasma nitriding program is verified by the orthogonal experimental methods, which have the charcteristics about the strong representation, the convenient data processing, the small number of test verify and the short process time. Application of the optimized process parameters in production practices has a good guide and significant economic effect
