摘 要:淬火介质是实施淬火工艺的重要保证,对金属材料热处理后工件的质量有着很大的影响。武汉理工大学有一种节能环保淬火技术-"擦油水冷"双液淬火法,又称"飞雕淬火法"(飞雕技术创新之一),非常值得推广。这种淬火方法适合结构简单的低碳钢、中碳钢、低合金结构钢及不锈钢的淬火和表面防锈处理。Quenching medium is an important guarantee for the implementation of quenching process, after heat treatment of metal materials, and the quality of the workpiece has a great impact, there is an energy savingand environment protection quenching technology" friction oil water-cooled" dual liquid quenching method, also known as the " Flying Eagle quenching technique" (one of Flying Eagle technical innova- tion) in Wuhan University of Technology,which is worthy of promotion. This quenching method is suitable for low-carbon steel, medium carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel hardened and surface rust treatment which are formed the simple structure.
