摘  要:1997年夏季分别对228份江苏省淮南夏大豆种质和264份外引大豆种质进行简易耐光氧化和耐旱种质资源的批量筛选鉴定。结果表明:不同品种之间的耐光氧化特性存在明显差异,耐性特点在群体水平上呈正态分布;耐和不耐光氧化品种的百分率均较低,大部分种质为中间水平。选出耐光氧化种质16份,它们主要来源于低纬度地区。同时用盆栽人工控水的方法对50份大豆种质进行耐旱性鉴定,并分析了大豆耐光氧化性与耐旱性的关系,结果表明两者呈极显著正相关(r=0.8366**)。建议将简易耐光氧化鉴定作为大豆耐旱育种的一个技术程序。and 264 soybean germplasms from the region in the South of Huaihe River in Jiangsu Province and other regions were chosen to screen their photooxidation tolerance and drought tolerance in summer of 1997, respectively. The results showed that:①Photooxidation tolerance was significantly different among varieties which appeared normal distribution in population level. ②Many of these varieties were mid tolerant to photooxidation. Tolerant and non tolerant varieties were few.16 soybean germplasms from low latitude area were selected for their photooxidation tolerance. At the same time, identification of drought tolerance of 50 soybean germplasms were conducted by means of pot culture and artificial water control. There was a significant positive correlation between photooxidation tolerance and drought tolerance of soybean( r =0 8366  ),so identification of photooxidation tolerance being a technical process of drought tolerance breeding in soybean was suggested.
