摘　　要：草场承包后,红原县饲养的牲畜数量经历了先下降后上升的过程,近几年一些草地生态保护工程和改善民生工程的实施遏制了草地状况的进一步恶化,但是草地状况的恶化并没有得到根本的改善,在草场承包的现状下,如何解决生态保护和牧民增收矛盾是急需解决的问题。After contracting rangeland, the quantity of livestock in Hongyuan declined from 1997 to 2004, then increased from 2004 to now. In recent years, some grassland ecological protection projects and livelihood projects implemented to contain the further deterioration of rangeland, but the rangeland condition did not been fundamentally improved. How to solve the contradiction between ecological protection and pastoral income is an urgent problem on the background of rangeland contract.
