摘  要:以黄瓜自根苗为对照,研究了以黑籽南瓜(Cucurbita ficifolia)为砧木的长春密刺黄瓜嫁接苗对1℃、3℃、5℃、7℃和9℃分别胁迫1d、2d、3d、4d和5d的形态和生理反应。结果表明,黄瓜嫁接苗能够忍耐1℃2d、3℃3d和5℃5d的低温胁迫;而自根苗仅能忍耐3℃1d和5℃3d的低温胁迫,1℃1d幼苗死亡。嫁接苗在低温胁迫下只要不表现出受害症状,在自然状况下恢复3d后,光合功能不表现降低;而自根苗在同等条件下,光合功能则显著降低。Physiological response of cucumber seedlings grafted on figleaf gourd (Cucurbita ficifolia) to different low temperature stress treatments at 1℃, 3℃, 5℃, 7℃ and 9℃ for1d, 2d, 3d,4d and 5d respectively and the own-root cucumber seedlings were used as control. The main results are as follows: the grafted cucumber seedlings can tolerate the lowtemperature stress at 1℃ for 2 d, 3℃for 3 d and 5℃ for 5d,respectively. However,the ownroot cucumber seedlings can tolerate the low temperature stress only at 3℃ for 1 d and 5℃for 3 d,respectively;and the seedlings die at 1℃ for 1 d. If the grafted cucumber seedlingsdon't express the chilling injury under the low temperature stress,the photosynthetic function of the seedlings at the 3 d recovery under the natural conditions after stress will not reduce. But the phototsynthetic function of the own-root seedlings will reduce markedly underthe same conditions.
