Immune Effects of Levomisole on Chickens Inoculated with Oil Emulsion Inactivated Vaccine of Newcastle Disease

摘  要:对加入0.5g/L左旋咪唑的ND灭活油乳剂苗试验组,和未加左旋咪唑的对照组分别以0.1,0.2和0.4mL/羽的剂量接种4日龄雏鸡,同时设置Ⅱ系活苗免疫组,于接种后3,6,9,16,23d测定各组鸡血清中抗NDVHI抗体,于免疫后25d,用NDV强毒攻击,观察各组的保护情况。结果表明,无论接种剂量为0.1,0.2或0.4mL/羽的灭活苗试验组,还是与Ⅱ系活苗同时使用的免疫组,加有左旋咪唑的灭活苗产生的HI抗体比未加左旋咪唑的灭活苗有显著差异(P<0.01),强毒攻击保护率为100%.Chickens of 4 days old were inoculated with levomisole oil emulsion inactivated vaccine (Levomisole OEV) and oil emulsion inactivated vaccine of newcastle disease (ND).The inoculation doses of the two vaccines were 0.1,0.2 and 0.4 mL per bird,respectively.At 3,6,9,16 and 23 days after vaccination,serum HI antibody titers against NDV of the chickens in each group were detected by Microhaemagg lntination inhibition test (HI).At 25 days after vaccination,chickens were challenged with virulent NDV and the protection rate of each group was calculated,respectively.The results indicated that HI antibody titers of the groups inoculated with levomisole OEV were significant higher than the groups inoculated with OEV.Chickens inoculated with levomisole OEV and OEV obtained 100% of protection rates.
