摘　　要：最后贷款人制度是金融业中一项特有的制度,在最近的这次全球金融危机中,美联储进行了历史上最大规模的最后贷款。文章致力于总结美联储近两年的最后贷款人实践,分析其中的成功经验和隐忧,以期为中国未来之实践提供参考。The lender of last resort system is the financial services industry a unique system.In the latest global financial crisis,the Fed has taken the largest lender of last resort in the history.This paper aims at summing up the practice of Fed＇s lender of last resort in the last two years,analyses the successful experiences and worries,and hopes to provide reference for the practice of China＇s future.
