摘 要:对中国13个省市分离到的29个肾病变IBV毒株作了S1基因的RT-PCR/RFLP特性鉴定.用相同的一对引物,8个毒株———广东/01/83,河南/04/94,河南/05/94,内蒙/01/93,江苏/01/93,河南/01/93,天津/02/93,内蒙/02/93,经RT-PCR扩增获得了包含有S1基因cDNA的1734bp的片段;河南/06/95的为一1000bp左右的片段;其它20个毒株没有结果.经RFLP分析,广东/01/83,河南/04/94,河南/05/94,内蒙/01/93归类于Massachusets血清型,江苏/01/93归于Gray血清型,河南/01/93,天津/02/93,内蒙/02/93是新的变异株.研究结果表明,国内禽肾病变IB的致病毒株,在不同的地区有其特异的变异株。nephropathogenic IBV strains isolated from 13 provinces in China were characterized by S1 gene RT-PCR/RFLP. With the same pair of primers, eight IBV strains: Guangdong/01/83, Henan/04/94, Henan/05/94, Neimong/01/93, Jiangsu/01/93, Henan/01/93, Tianjing/02/93, Neimong/02/93, could amplify a sequence of 1734 bp that contains the S1 glycoprotein gene; the PCR product of strain Henan/06/95 was about 1 000 bp but the other 20 strains gave no result. By RFLP analysis,strains Guangdong/01/83,Henan/04/94,Henan/05/94, Neimong/01 /93 were classified as Massachusetts serotype, strain Jiangsu/01/93 was the same as Gray; strains Henan/01/93, Tianjing/02/93, Neimong/02/93 were new variants. Based on these observations, it is suggested that the causative agents of nephropathogenic IB in China were specific variants in different enzootic areas,and which also had a common serotype——Massachusetts IBV.
