摘　　要：标题语境为开发和应用潜性语言提供了条件,并能使标题产生陌生化新奇感的审美效应。开发手段有仿拟、反典、构造新词、开发潜义等。应用潜性语言要把握好分寸,注意感情色彩,最大限度地提高新闻的传播效果。The title context for the development and application of potential language provides the conditions and can produce strange title of the aesthetic effects of novelty.Development of tools there are parody,anti-Code,,construct new words,develop latent meaning and so on.applied potential language to grasp the sense of proportion,pay attention to emotional and maximize the dissemination of information effects.
