摘　　要：新近发现的猪生殖－呼吸道综合征病毒（ＰＲＲＳＶ）是单股ＲＮＡ病毒，属于不久前成立的动脉炎病毒科。为了比较从国内分离的ＰＲＲＳＶ与欧美ＰＲＲＳＶ毒株的分子遗传学关系，本文扩增并克隆了ＰＲＲＳＶＣＨ－１ａ株ＯＲＦ２～７，测定了其核苷酸序列。用序列分析软件进行核苷酸和氨基酸序列比较分析，结果表明ＣＨ－１ａ株与欧洲型代表株ＬＶ的遗传关系较远，与北美洲型代表株ＶＲ－２３３２遗传距离最近，可能来自同一祖先。Porcine reproductive and respiratory sydrome virus (PRRSV) is a newly recognized single strand RNA virus belonging to the recently approved family Ateriviridae.In order to compare genetic relationship between the PRRSV stains isolated in China(CH 1a)and America(VR 2332)or Europe(LV),the ORFs 2 to 7 of PRRSV strain CH 1a were cloned and sequenced.Sequence comparisons of the 6 ORFs between CH 1a and VR 2332 or LV were performed with the aid of several software packages.CH 1a displayed high nucleotide identities with strain VR 2332,but distinct from LV,showing genetically closer relationship to strain VR 2332.
