摘 要:目的探讨血清中7种食物特异性IgG抗体与过敏性鼻炎的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测1280例过敏性鼻炎患者血清中7种食物特异性IgG抗体水平。结果患者血清食物特异性IgG抗体总阳性率为81.14%,7种食物特异性IgG抗体有不同程度增高,以鸡蛋(62.27%)阳性率最高,其次为鱼(58.20%)、牛奶(47.27%);不同年龄组过敏食物比较有特异性。结论此类患者体内产生特异性IgG抗体,提示过敏性鼻炎与食物不耐受有关,对临床诊治和防护有重要意义。Objective To investigate the correlation between seven kinds of serum food-specific IgG anti-bodies and allergic rhinitis.Method Seven kinds of serum food-specific IgG antibodies were detected from 1280 patients with allergic rhinitis by ELISA.Results Total positive rate of serum food-specific IgG antibody was 81.14% in 1280 patients.Of seven kinds of food-specific IgG antibodies,egg was the highest rate(62.27%),followed by fish(58.20%) and milk(47.27 %).Food allergy showed specificity in different age groups.Conclu-sion Specific IgG antibodies are related to allergic rhinitis and food intolerance,the detections of them can be conducive to the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
