摘　　要：目的探讨CD49d在各型白血病中的表达及其预后意义。方法采用流式细胞术对60例白血病患者进行免疫分型及CD49d表达检测,分析白血病患者的无病生存期与CD49d表达的相关性。结果 (1)CD49d在各型白血病中均有表达,在慢性白血病中的表达高于急性白血病,在慢性淋巴细胞白血病的表达率高于慢性粒细胞白血病,其表达率分别为100%和75%。(2)在急性粒细胞白血病(Acute myeloid leukemia,AML)各型中,AML-M4和AML-M5的表达略高于其他各型。(3)CD49d表达与提示预后不良的CD7、CD64等表达正相关。结论 CD49d的表达与白血病的分化程度有关,可能与白血病的预后关系密切。Objective To investigate the relation between CD49d expression and the prognosis in different leukemia.Method Immunophenotyping was performed by flow cytometry in 60 patients with leukemia,the rela-tionship between disease free survival of leukemia patients and CD49d expression was analyzed.Results（1） CD49d expression was found in each type of leukemia,and it was higher incidence in chronic leukemia than that of acute leukemia,showing 100% and 75% in CLL and CML respectively.（2） CD49d expression in AML-M4 and AML-M5 was higher than that of other AML subtypes.（3） There was association between CD49d expression and CD7 which represented worse prognosis,.Conclusion CD49d expression may be of important significance in the differentiation and prognosis of leukemia.
