摘　　要：积极引进外资对于重庆统筹城乡发展、实现经济和社会跨跃式的发展有着非常重要的意义。文章对重庆市利用外资存在的问题、原因进行了全面的分析,同时结合重庆市的实际情况以及国家的相关政策导向提出了一系列有利于优化引资工作的政策性建议。It is meaningful for Chongqing to introduce the foreign capitals for balancing urban and rural development,and to realize economy and society development by a stride.We analyzed the problems factors from diverse aspects and put forward a series of helpful policy-related countermeasures on the basis of combining the practical situation in Chongqing and relative policies.
