左江山秀水电站机组及其主要参数选择

摘　　要：左江山秀水电站最大水头16 m,最小水头3.5 m,近期下游老口电站未建前山秀水电站加权平均水头13.7m,远期老口电站建成后山秀水电站加权平均水头为9.6m;按侧重近期并兼顾远期的要求,选用3台灯泡贯流式机组,单机容量为26 MW,额定水头10.5 m,额定转速100 r/min。经过近3年的运行,水轮发电机组运行稳定,电能指标达到设计要求。文章简述左江山秀水电站水轮发电机组机型、机组台数、额定水头、额定转速等主要参数的选择方法,使该水电站水轮发电机组近期出力达3×26 MW,远期出力尽可能大。The maximum liquid head of Zujiang River Shanxiu Hydropower Station is 16 m and the minimum liquid head is 3.5 m.Before the building of short-term downstream Laokou hydropower station,weighted average head of Shanxiu Hydropower Station is 13.7 m.After the building of long-term Laokou hydropower station,it is 9.6 m.Taking into consideration of both long-term and short needs,three bulb turbine units are used and their unit capacity is 26 MW,rated head 10.5 m and rated speed 100 r/min.After three years＇ operation,hydro generator unit enjoys stable operation,and qualified power index.This article briefs on how to make choice for major parameters,including the type and amount of the unit,rated head and rated speed,making the unit producing 3×26 MW in short term and much more in the long term.
