竹节人参提取物对大鼠肢体缺血/再灌注后心肌损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的研究竹节人参提取物对大鼠肢体缺血/再灌注(LIR)后心肌损伤的影响。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和治疗组各10只。对照组和模型组用生理盐水灌胃处理,治疗组用竹节人参提取物灌胃处理,4周后观察3组再灌注4h后左心室内压力峰值(LVSP)、左心室舒张末期压(LVEDP)和左心室内压最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax);血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化;血中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)含量的变化。结果与模型组比较,治疗组LVSP和±dp/dtmax增高(P<0.05和P<0.01);SOD和GSH-Px活性增高,MDA含量减少,LDH、α-HBDH和CK均降低(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论竹节人参提取物对LIR后心肌损伤有明显的保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of panax japonicus extract on myocardium in rats which suffered from limb ischemia reperfusion（LIR）.Methods 30 SD rats were divided into three groups：control group,model group and treatment group,10 of each.The control group and model group respectively poured 0.9%Nacl and panax japonicus extract into treatment group,stomach for 4 weeks.Observed left wentricular systolic pressure（LVPS）,left wentricular end-diastolic pressure（LVSP） and ±dp/dtmax after reperfusion 4h;measured the activity of SOD,GSH-Px,LDH,α-HBDH and CK,the amount of MDA.Results Compared with model group,the treatment group of LVSP and ±Dp/dtmax were higher（P0.05 and P0.01）;The activity of SOD,GSH-Px,were higher,LDH,α-HBDH,CK and the amount of MDA were lower（P0.05 and P0.01）.Conclusion Panax Japonicus extract can protect the myocardium from limb ischemia reperfusion.
