2008-2010年我院抗菌药物的应用情况及细菌耐药性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨2008-2010年我院抗菌药物的使用情况及细菌耐药性。方法对2008年5月-2010年3月我院抗菌药物的使用情况及药敏试验结果进行统计分析,评估药物使用的合理性及细菌耐药性。结果第1年度抗菌药物金额百分比为16.2%,第2年度抗菌药物金额百分比为15.7%。第1年度抗菌药物DDDs值排序分别为头孢曲松、头孢唑林、青霉素、头孢他啶、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星等;第2年度抗菌药物DDDs值排序分别为头孢唑林、头孢曲松、青霉素、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、头孢他啶等。4种主要耐药细菌为鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌及金黄色葡萄球菌,且其对氨苄青霉素、头孢唑啉、头孢噻肟、头孢他定、头孢曲松及左氧氟沙星的耐药性呈整体上升趋势。结论我院抗菌药物的使用情况基本合理,但仍存在严重的细菌耐药性,需加强抗菌药物的使用管理。Objective To investigate the application of antibacterials and bacterial drug resistance in our hospital from 2008 to 2010.Method The application of antibacterials and bacterial drug resistance in our hospital from May in 2008 to March in 2010 were analyzed statistically and rationality of application about antibacterials and bacterial drug resistance was evaluated.Results The percentage of money amount about antibacterials was 16.2% in the first year,and the percentage of amount of money about antibacterials was 15.7% in the second year.The sort of antibacterials DDDs were ceftriaxone,cefazolin,penicillin,ceftazidime,ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin in the first year.The sort of antibacterials DDDs were cefazolin,ceftriaxone,penicillin,levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin and ceftazidime in the second year.The main kinds of resistance bacterias were acinetobacter baumannii,pseudomonas aeruginosa,klebsiella pneumonia and staphylococcus aureus.And drug tolerance of them on ampicillin,cephazolin,cefotaxime,ceftazidime,ceftriaxone and levofloxacin was going up wholly.Conclusion The application of antibacterials in our hospital was rationality,but the bacterial drug resistance was serious,so the management measures must be take to enforce the application of antibacterials.
