摘　　要：着眼非战争军事行动交通管制的特点，分析了非战争军事行动交通管制实施过程中应把握的原则，9-J纳并提出了实施非战争军事行动交通管制的对策措施。This paper aims at the characteristics of traffic control in other - than - war military action, analyzes its principles which should be grasped in traffic control process, and puts forward some countermeasures to actualize traffic control in other - than - war military action.
