摘　　要：针对目前新驾驶员培训计划管理存在的问题，应用项目管理的理论，规范了新训计划的编制过程，并建立了基于新训计划模板的新训计划管理机制，强化了新训计划的指导和基准作用。To counter the problem of planning management in new driver training, this paper applies the theory of project management and defines the planning process of new driver training, then develops new driver training management mechanism based on the plan template, strengthens guidance and norm function of new driver training plan.
